The bed itself has a strong steel construction making it very durable, and with a sprung slatted base to provide additional mattress support

from Birlea is a traditional style metal bed, finished in antique brass or black nickel with high foot end, and posture sprung slats for greater strength. A luxury bed for an amazing price. Constructed from steel the frame is sturdy and also comfortable with sprung slats for extra bounce and mattress support.
