All orders need to be made through our website, we cannot make payments over the phone, however if you need any help or advice whilst processing your order feel free to contact us on 0800 138 8288.
- Can I select a day and time for delivery?
You can select your preferred day for delivery using our calendar at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot offer a time slot and it will be an all day call, this is due to the carrier’s delivery schedule being out of our control.How will delivery be arranged?
When you purchase your product through our website you will receive notification of your order and it will be processed by our team, when your item is ready to be shipped on your requested day you will be contacted by email.Can you deliver over the weekend?
Great news! we offer a Saturday delivery service for £40 (payable at checkout) but unfortunately we can not deliver on SundaysI want to order but cant provide a delivery date.
