- How much is delivery?
We are happy to offer free Delivery on all our orders over £100, for all orders under this amount we charge £9.99, unless your location is difficult to reach, in which case there may be a charge or a slightly longer delivery time, we advise you call us prior to ordering if this is the case.
- Can I specify a time for delivery?
We aim to get your bed to you on your selected delivery date however we can not provide a specific time and it will be an all day call. When your item is shipped, if possible, the carriers will text with a more specific time but unfortunately we have no control over the carrier company's delivery schedule on delivery day.
- How will my delivery be arranged?
When purchasing your items at checkout there is a calender for you to select your prefered delivery date. When your order is processed we will get in contact with you via email confirming delivery. If on the rare occasion there is a problem with the selected delivery date we will get in touch via email or phone, or if you need to change your delivery date get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0800 917 8288.
- Do you sell special size beds?
Yes, we can supply special sizes, shorter beds, longer beds, wider beds etc. This service is available through our head office. Please call 0800 917 8288.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Electron, JCB and International Maestro.
- Can I order from a real person rather than online?
If you need any help with your order feel free to contact us on 0800 917 8288 between 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday, all orders need to be processed through our website, we are unable to take orders directly over the phone.
- Is your site secure?
Please don't worry about sending your credit or debit card details via our website. All transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection.
- Will you pass my details on to anyone else?
We guarantee that we will never pass your details to any third party.
- Will you take the bed upstairs?
Divan beds will be delivered to room of choice, flat packed bed frames are generally only delivered to your door.
- What are the storage options?
Most of our divans beds are available with storage options, either sliders (which runs along the side on a single bed and at the foot end for bigger sizes) or drawers which can be located on the side of your choice. If you have any specific requirements use our form and select the sales department or alternatively call us and we will be happy to customise your order to meet your needs.
- Do I get a choice of feet for a divan?
Divans will be supplied with castors as standard, but if your bed is to go on flooring rather than carpet then glides may be more suitable, if you are unsure please contact us using our form and selected the sales department or by calling us so we can customise your order to your specific requirements.
- Can I return a bed if I don't like it?
Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been slept on we cannot accept returns due to hygene reasons, we strongly advise trying the mattress in a store prior to ordering online, and also bear in mind there is what’s known has a bedding in period on mattresses, this is usually around 4 weeks, any new mattress will feel different to a new one, but in time it will win you over.
- What happens after I order?
Under normal circumstances every customer will automatically receive an email notification including a copy of your order. Your order is then processed for delivery on your requested day.
