Can I order over the phone?

All orders need to be made securely through our website, however if you need any help or advice whilst processing your order feel free to contact us on 0151 548 1554. Or contact us via email: and a member of our team will contact you to help process your order.

Can I select my day and time for delivery?

You can select your preferred day for delivery using our calendar at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot offer a time slot and it will be an all day call, this is due to the carrier’s delivery schedule being out of our control.

How will delivery be arranged?

When you purchase your product through our website you will receive notification of your order and it will be processed by our team, when your item is ready to be shipped on your requested day you will be contacted by email..

Can you deliver over the weekend?

Great news! we offer a Saturday delivery service for £40 (payable at checkout) but unfortunately we can not deliver on Sundays

I want to order but I can't provide a delivery date yet

Not a problem, make your order through our website as normal and just leave a comment at checkout, alternatively contact us on: 0151 548 1554 and we can hold your order until you provide a date.

I want to change my delivery date

No problem, get in contact with, alternatively you can call us on: 0151 548 1554 option 3. to rearrange.

I have not received confirmation of my order

Don’t worry; on the rare occasion our system fails to send a notification, you can contact us using the contact form to request a copy of your order. All we need is your name and we can confirm your order and send you your notification.

There is a problem with my delivery

You can contact with any queries regarding your delivered product. If your item has been damaged in transit, taking images of the damage and attaching them using Email will help us solve the problem as quickly as possible.
